Pasir Ris mangroves is conveniently located 10 minutes away from Pasir Ris MRT station. Bring your children down to enjoy nature during the weekend! There are many creatures look out for in the mangroves, such as mudskippers, tree-climbing crabs, herons and monitor lizards. Sometimes, you may even spot kingfishers and water snakes! It will certainly be an unforgettable experience with your friends and family!

Can you spot what animal is hiding in this picture? Yes, a monitor lizard is basking on the tree branch!

There are many nests of grey herons in the nearby trees, and they can be seen flying about with twigs in their beaks.

The giant mudskipper is a common sight in our mangroves. They are very well camouflaged, but easily spotted if they move.

At the end of the trip, we invite the children to share with us with they have seen through these beautiful drawings!
